Christine M. Green received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento, graduating Cum Laude in 1998 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Green received her Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May 2003.
In college, Ms. Green played basketball for Sacramento State, a Division I program in the Big Sky Conference, as a shooting guard / forward. During the year before attending law school, Ms. Green worked as a file clerk and legal assistant for two Santa Rosa law firms specializing in general litigation, personal injury and insurance defense. During law school Ms. Green worked as a research assistant for Professor Ray Coletta researching various topics, including evolutionary biology, the law and human behavior, and landlord tenant / real property transactions. As a research assistant she had the opportunity to attend the Annual Gruter Institute for Law and Behavioral Research Conference held at Squaw Valley and act as co-editor for the bi-annual newsletter. She began her employment at the Lenahan Law Firm as a law clerk in August 2003 after graduating from McGeorge.
During law school Ms. Green was a member of the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Team and participated in the National Arbitration Competition held in Vienna, Austria in Spring of 2003. Ms. Green was also appointed a member of the Order of the Barristers in May 2003 and received the Witkin Award for International Sale of Goods.
Upon passing the July 2003 California State Bar Examination, Ms. Green began practice with the firm as a Civil Associate. Ms. Green is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the Eastern District of the United States District Court. She began her practice as a Workers’ Compensation defense attorney in June of 2005.
Ms. Green was born and raised in California, an hour southwest of Sacramento in Contra Costa County. When not working as an attorney she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog, camping, cooking, watching her daughter play sports and gardening.
