Monica S. Lindsley
Associate Attorney
Monica Lindsley was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. From a young age she was passionate about the law, and at age 16 began volunteering with local organizations that provided legal and physical aid to young mothers escaping domestic violence. She attended University in Santa Cruz, CA on a President’s Academic scholarship before leaving early to get married and start a family. While raising her children she worked in the legal field in a support role, as well as in local county government administrative roles. She also continued her passion for volunteering and became a member of her local Search and Rescue chapter.
Monica returned to school while maintaining full time work and raising two teenagers, and went on to graduate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2024. She then joined the Lenahan Law Firm first as a law clerk. Upon admission to the California State Bar she became an attorney with the Firm, now practicing as a worker’s compensation defense attorney.
Outside of the office, Monica is passionate about her family and friends, anything outdoors or hiking related, and fostering animals.
