Courtney L. Aldrich was raised in Folsom, California. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice in December 2012. After graduating from college, Courtney began attending the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law as a part-time student in August 2013. While in law school, she served as a board member on a variety of student organizations, including the Student Bar Association. She also participated in the school’s Administrative Adjudication Clinic.
Courtney joined the Lenahan firm in 2014 as a law clerk. In December 2016, she received her Juris Doctorate after completing her coursework early. Upon passing the February 2017 California Bar Examination, she began practicing law as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, representing a variety of clients, including public entities and private employers. She had been active in AWCP as a previous board member and Secretary/Treasurer, as well as presented at various seminars on topics pertaining to Workers Compensation defense.
When not practicing law, Courtney enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband Raymond, and their two children.
