Forrest C. Misenti
Associate Attorney
Forrest Misenti was born and raised in Connecticut. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University. Forrest is a dual citizen of Italy.
Forrest attended law school at the University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with an International Law Concentration. During his first year of law school in 2017, Forrest began working as a law clerk at the Lenahan firm. While at McGeorge, Forrest was the President and starting wing for the McGeorge Rugby Football Club. During his final year of school, Forrest interned at the Small Claims Division of the Sacramento Superior Court with Judge Donald J. Currier. Upon passing the California bar examination in February 2020, which had the historically lowest passing rate of 26.8%, Forrest began practicing law as an associate attorney with the Lenahan firm as a civil litigation, personal injury, and subrogation attorney.
Forrest is certified to practice in both the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the superior courts of the State of California. Forrest also represents clients before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board pertaining to 132a claims and third-party credit.
While at Syracuse University, Forrest ran cross-country, indoor track, and outdoor track. After graduation, he moved to Flagstaff, Arizona to train as a professional distance runner before going to McGeorge. Forrest and his wife, Lauren, have one daughter, Emmanuelle Sahara. Additional interests of Forrest include rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, rugby, and spending time with his dogs and cat, Finnegan, Bane, and Obi-Wan.”
