Forrest C. Misenti
Associate Attorney
Forrest C. Misenti, a dual-citizen of Italy, was born and raised in Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Syracuse University, where he also ran cross-country, indoor track, and outdoor track. After graduation, he moved to Flagstaff, Arizona to train at high altitude as a professional distance runner with Team Run Flagstaff.
Forrest met his wife Lauren, another professional distance runner, in Flagstaff. After dating long-distance, Forrest chose to move to Sacramento, California where Lauren permanently resided, and attend the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
During his first year of law school, Forrest began working as a law clerk at Lenahan, Lee, Slater, Pearse & Majernik. While in school, he was also the starting wing and president for the McGeorge Rugby Football Club. During his final year of law school, he interned at the Small Claims Division of the Sacramento Superior Court with Judge Donald J. Currier. Upon passing the California bar examination in February 2020, Forrest began practicing law as a civil litigation and subrogation attorney.
Lauren and Forrest welcomed their first child, Emmanuelle, in September of 2019. Additional interests of Forrest include spending time with his dogs, Finnegan and Bane, going hiking, snowboarding, and playing rugby.
